I can't use multiple discount codes! 

Unfortunately you're only able to use one discount code per order. If you're trying to place an order with a print bundle deal as well as a charm bundle deal, place two orders and leave a note in the checkout of EACH order - I'll combine them and refund you the extra shipping. 

Bundling coupons do not stack with storewide sale coupons - i.e, you cannot stack a 20% off coupon with the 3 print bundle discount, you would have to pick either or. 

How long will it take to ship my item? 

Items are shipped out within 2-5 business days, or even sooner on occasion. After that, you can expect to wait between 2-5 days for orders shipping within the United States. Items shipping outside of the US can take between 2-6 weeks on average. See my shipping policy for more info.

Where is my item being shipped from?

I'm located in Connecticut, USA.

Will I have to pay customs and/or import taxes if I'm outside the US?

That depends on your country. I am not responsible for any additional fees you must pay in order to pick up your item from the post office.

Can you put an item on reserve for me? 

Unfortunately since my stock moves so quickly, I'm unable to put items on reserve. Sorry!

Do you accept order cancellations? 

Items that have not shipped yet are able to be canceled, but since that can take from as little as a few hours or as long as 5 days, it's not recommended that you cancel an order. Think of orders as final sale, and you'll be golden! 

Do you accept exchanges or returns? 

I do not accept returns but I do accept exchanges as necessary. See my page on exchanges for more info.
